Claus Jacobs is founder and director of Critical Junctures.
He has worked as a process consultant in strategy formation, organizational change and leadership development since 1999 and has advised organizations from the public, non-profit and private sector.
He holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a Master’s degree in management from Witten/Herdecke University, Germany.
He is an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and a Professor in Public Management and Organization at KPM Center for Public Management, University of Bern.
